    North Carolina Business Leader Priscilla Everette Oates

    Priscilla Everette Oates is a qualified professional, administrator, and alternative family living provider in Princeville, North Carolina. She founded D-POM, LLC, in 2005 and continues to manage all administrative business operations and clinical oversight. She leads support teams and monitors the effective implementation of personalized plans. Priscilla Everette Oates expanded her professional activities in 2016 by joining PGIC, Inc., in Tarboro as the company’s chief executive officer and executive director. She oversees several similar operations at PGIC, including clinical oversight for children, adolescents, and adults living with a diversity of mental illnesses and developmental disabilities.

     

    Ms. Oates graduated with a bachelor's degree in accounting from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. She has also achieved certification with a wide range of organizations, from the National Cancer Institute to the Occupational Safety and Health Administration. She sits on the Executive Governors Council Committee and served as the mayor of Princeville. Away from work, her personal interests include traveling and trying different delicacies.
